Job Title: Project Administrator IGrade: 18Salary: $64,928 - $78,102The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc is seeking a full-time Project Administrator to support all activities connected to the Project's mission of implementing broad scale public health initiatives across the globe, with a particular emphasis on implementing suicide risk assessment protocols. The Columbia Lighthouse Project focuses on implementing suicide risk assessment across all public health contexts using the evidence-based Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS). This tool is used as part of a broad-based public health effort to help individuals, peers, family members, organizations, etc. identify suicide risk and develop appropriate next steps based on that level of risk. The Columbia Lighthouse Project offers technical assistance, training, policy guidance and support for synergistic methods to identify suicide risk seamlessly within the context of existing program efforts. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to balance multiple and evolving priorities.• Skilled in working independently and as part of a team to ensure completion of project tasks. • Ability to interact with persons of all backgrounds, cultures, and affiliations within all levels of government, business, or non-profit entities. • The ideal candidate will work well under time constraints and adept at handling competing demands.Duties and Responsibilities:The Project Administrator will be responsible for the organization and management of the work necessary for the smooth running of the operations. Duties may include but are not limited to:• Manage the Executive Director’s calendar. • Responsible for monitoring and updating the schedule and tracking the status of all requests. • Keep abreast of Executive Director’s immediate and long-term commitments and plans; identify conflicts, flag problems for intervention and correct course as appropriate. • Perform data entry and oversee the management of the organization’s various contact and project management tools.• Serve as a liaison between the Executive Director and various stakeholders by anticipating, interpreting, prioritizing tasks and coordinating their completion in line with the Project’s goals and vision.• Implement and oversee a project/task tracking tool for The Columbia Lighthouse Project’s work, tracking incoming requests, team assignments, follow-ups, outcomes, and all related project data and program partner data. • Create and maintain files, review drafts and finished documents for accuracy and grammar, including documents of a sensitive or confidential nature. • Project management, implementation, and execution of various project related tasks. • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Executive Director or her designee.• Schedule, attend, prepare materials and notes, and ensure follow-up for various stakeholder meetings, conference calls, keynote presentations, training webinars, etc. both online and in-person. • Handle travel logistics and travel reimbursements. • Provide support to the Executive Director in creating and editing PowerPoint presentations. ]• Order and coordinate shipments of promotional materials and organize assembly of “swag bags” for various program partners, conferences, and events.Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of administrative experience in a complex organization. • 3 years of experience using Office Suite (including strong PowerPoint design and editing skills) , Adobe Creative Cloud, Zoom, and various social media platforms. • Travel with the Executive Director, 5%.Preferred Qualifications:-Executive assistant work experience preferred. -Work experience in higher education, health care, policy or a research organization and demonstrated research experience preferred.Work Location: 1051 Riverside Drive, New York, NY 10032To Apply: Submit an application through our website at https://nyspi.applicantpro.com/jobs/.
